The dispatchers, payroll and mechanics are awesome. The manager and the two owners are not. They exploit the drivers and the majority of the office employees. Upper management seems more like a frat house. Owners are planning on jumping ship if the economy continues, they will not give any notice, just like Yellow.

Pros

Good dispatchers, good recruiters, good payroll employees and awesome safety team.

Cons

The two european owners that fled their own third world countries, are exploiting their employees and shorting the majority of their employees pay.

Some of the best people I have ever worked for! I love this company paid me well, never forced me to do anything! Eugene was a great dispatcher and Dennis was a great manager!! Can’t say nothing negative! John the owner took care of me my whole time here! Love you guys! Only left because I bought my own semi!

Pros

Pay was very good Hometime turn around was great out 11 days home for 3. People that worked there were great!

Great European ran company, the girls in office lack some clerical skills and some stuff when I was hired were not explained to me. They were very quick to try to give me a load same day as I got hired, not even a drive test?? They will sometimes make you do some illegal stuff on logs like pc to pick up loads or to make delivery. Company charges 500.00 for preventive stuff like driving 1 min over your 11. I made good money average check after taxes 1,400 no 1099 all w-4

Great equipment, beautiful reefers

Cons

Man too much drama in office, no actual customers all broker stuff a lot of east coast. Will go to NY.

Lately there's a lot of drivers complaining about tricky log stuff it just happened to me where a log says you have drive time then they call and say you in vio and write up and fine

Pros

Use to mean something to stay longer with this company but now with new management doesn't mean as much

Cons

Constantly getting called about log that is saying one thing on the screen and then the office saying something different
