Pros
Brand new truck and good trailer and I go where I want to go my dispatcher was VIT real pro and team player .I made over 200000k every year 6yrs and 9 months
Cons
Slow truck only 70mph but I got use to it.I left in 2022 due to the war broke out it all went down for me.
Former Employee - Apr 4, 2025
Pros
Girls are nice and polite at orientation.
Cons
No detention, no layover pay, get loads that are already late but don’t tell you, false advertising I talked to a lot of drivers and none of them said the made $2,500 after expenses and if you did you had to drive illegally. And finally when quit working there they are going to find a way to take most of your last paycheck.
Former Employee - Mar 8, 2025
Pros
Nothing they hire people steal from them come up with a bunch of things to not pay you
Cons
They're very untrustworthy have people from over seas come work idk who's legal and who isn't
Former Employee - Feb 14, 2025
Pros
Truck is maintained except for physical damage. They’ll keep you running if that’s important to you. You’re paid on time. Fairly supportive team.
Cons
Hard to make decent money, you’ll work 10 times as hard to make anywhere close to fair money for your hard work. I’m of the opinion that they skim the rate on every load. You don’t get to see the rate confirmation. Their program is not designed for a true owner operator who knows the business. The dispatchers consistently take cheap freight, but this could be just the rate they tell you after taking a few hundreds off the top, since you never get to see the RC.
Former Employee - Feb 8, 2025
Pros
Great Penske and Ryder leased equipment.
Cons
They are the biggest skimmers in the country. It is my opinion that they steal from you in about 4 or five different ways. Plus the worst dispatchers ever. But at least they are kind. They get you loaded that are already late before you get them.
