Hello I see there’s a few bad reviews here with this company. But I gotta say I was treated good while I ran for them. At the beginning it was a little rocky until I started dealing with my new Fleet manager. As I explained everything to him he listened and work very hard on getting things right. Mind you he’s only one person but he gave me his best ever time so in return I gave him mind. My dispatch team. Listen to my concerns as well. Maybe it’s because I didn’t come at them hard with attitude. Instead I spoke to them like they were people like myself. I found it easier to approach a problem with respect and honesty behind me. And a soft tone turns away the wrath. We worked together as a team and things got easier and all problems changed to success. My advice to anyone who goes out to work for this company, know this just like any other company you go to there will be some small issues, but a cool head is how you get things done. So really give them a chance because if you do I promise you they will listen and help you become a strong and successful driver. So a special shout out to the whole lucky wheels team in the office and out of the office. And a big shout out to Peter my fleet manager thanks for all you’ve done for me. And to my dispatcher Mila stay strong and positive and never back done when you’re right. I love you guys…

Great Owner great dispatchers was bumpy at first but after all everything worked out great ended up with a great Dispatch group and a great Owner

This company was worse than the bad reviews can even say. You can't make this up. They put me on greyhound from Jacksonville Florida to Georgia having me recover a truck that was basically a riding violation. Then told me they can't pay me for it until I was under a load or put it on a check that they would then take it back for 100 reasons they have already preplanned. Then tried to deny things I had proof of in text. I had to document everything they said and do because the reviews were already bad. And like I said please listen to them because they are all true. Companies lies,scam,use drivers especially sap drivers to be responsible for their dirt and if your not careful they will definitely force you into a situation to loose your cdl or leave you stranded in Chicago.

The worst company that you could ever work for period! Do not believe any of the good reviews that are recent. All this company is trying to do is make a good name for themselves by spreading lies With their reviews. A lot of the reviews are from of the Russians, who are in cahoots with the people of this company They are Creating fake profiles to give them self good reviews. They cheat you out of your pay and escrow.. They force Dispatch on you and falsify Electronic logbooks So you can work extended hours. They force you out of your 10 hour sleep rest( meaning they will call you before your 10 hour sleepcycle is complete). They make up Falsify reports and damages to their trucks when you return their property and have the deductions come out of your check. They also leave you stranded without you having a way to get home. I ended up having to throw away most of my food and belongings because They would not book a load that would route me straight home so I can drop all my belongings to my house and then return their truck back. Send you load information at the last minute to where it’s nearly impossible to pick up the load on time. There is no support Or nobody to pick up the phone after hours that will be willing to help you and when you do catch somebody, they don’t know how to do their job or don’t want to help
