I read the reviews before applying as a company driver in this firm. I pointed out all of the reports that I saw and they were convincing me that the whole staff changed and that the overall situation is better now. After giving it some thought I went for it. The situation is actually good..... The pay is on time, dispatchers are well organized and they actually know what they are doing. Guys, not bad at all...

Overall this company isn't a good company towork for. You will never get paid on time, They took my last 2 check. They don't pay there truck fees. Another company tried to kick me out of the truck because LMD didn't pay the rental fee. You will be over worked and under paid. They don't care about you. I'm still calling trying to get my money.

LMD logistics Inc based out of lyons,il. They are a serbian owned company and are very unprofessional people. Red flags straight from the start just do yourself a favor and don't ignore them. You will regret it, just as I have. These people are the most passive, non chalant, incompetent, unorganized group of people I have ever dealt with and I'm amazed that they are actually in business and have drivers on the road. I'm writing this review because I have recently drove for them and I want to spread awareness for the people of the Midwest area and Chicago area to stay away from this shady grimey company. They hire from all over the country but I figured if you live in the Illinois area I would just warn anyone in that particular area to stay away from these guys. Devils and don't even need a disguise.
