So just to start off i got covid and they fired me plus the equipment sucks the parts replacers in the shops are stupid they aren't mechanics. Instead of fixing things they put bailing wire and duct tape on it. My DM was cool but not that cool cant understand a damn thing they say when u call breakdown, dispatch, or anyone except the recruiters. Don't work for this company they don't care about the driver ever

This company is by far the worst. 1 star is too good for them. Took me threaten to quit to get my 1st weeks check after working for 5 weeks. If they mad at you, won’t give you a load. They hate for you to stand up for yourself, you considered aggressive. After I quit, on my last check they paid me per mile, even though I was local and was being paid a flat rate per load in order to screw me for quitting. There was 3 people in my orientation, one was let go on day 3 because they had us just sitting for half day before they gave us our load and he spoke up, then the 2nd guy quit after a week and I tried holding on but it was one screw up after another. Then when I quit, instead of asking me to bring the key back, which was 30 mins away, they charged me a $331 recovery fee. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Run, far far away.

Pros

Absolutely no pros!!!

Cons

Give you short runs so they don’t have to pay you the max load few. Give you run around about your rightfully earned money. Cheat you out your load fee.

This company lives up to its reputation. Have been working for a little under 2 months & already looking for a new position, this place is terrible. No respect, horrible attitudes from all staff, dispatchers, mechanics, HR you name it... basically the whole culture is toxic

Pros

Other than running lanes that keep you close to home. If you live in California, Nevada or Arizona, there are no positives to this company.

Cons

Pretty much everything about the company is negative

Don't bother with these people. I know a couple of guys who worked there and their stories pretty much match the OP. I know both drivers well and they're not prone to making up a bunch of bs or feeling sorry for themselves. If we had openings I'd hire both of them.

If you're part of the owner's ethnic group you might make out alright. If you're not you'll find that exclusivity games are constant.

They haul cheap freight, constantly under-bid other companies, promise their customers impossible delivery dates...and then expect the drivers to work miracles. Stay away.

This company is the worst company I ever worked. Truckers work hard to earn every cent and there is no reason to steal from there paycheck. The dispatchers on other hand never gives you loads on time. Sometimes you get a load, but the company runs out empty trailers so you are hunting to catch empty trailers before your own company drivers. Lack of communication in the office and not punctual at all. I mean there is efficient way to run a company rather than just brute strength. Save your self some headache and work for some other companies.
