I was a former employee there and the terminal manager is a bully. very discriminatory and will put you down every chance he has to scream it out loud. he treats his drivers like complete crap. DO NOT WORK THERE OR FOR HIM/THEM. think of it this way you work there you make him a paycheck!

They sell a dream. They know what they are doing and know what bait to use. They operate on a take or leave it basis. If you understand what it costs to operate you'll be disappointed. If your not good at math you'll be content. Don't believe the hype. However if you have no other choice have at it. Load Planner is nice but lies in everything she says. She believes her own lies. Terminal manager has a bully style of leadership. He could care less. I thought KLB was good. I don't believe that anymore.

Been here Three weeks. Hired for ruther Glenn va to Pittsburgh PA dedicated I've got two loads I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you live within 20 miles of a terminal and don't get your aspects up because what you're promised by recruiters and bosses for your intentions.it will never make it to planning and or dispatch they lie through their teeth just keep a truck on board. They'll tell you if you go to a store that has a dock you don't touch nothing That's a lie. other stores with out docks you have to tailgate . as a PA owner operator you do not have the opportunity of workman's compensation their little insurance will never pay you enough to take care of your family if you get hurt. I won't touch the freight I didn't order it and I don't get paid enough to truck. $1.20 plus fuel surcharge and nothing else it's not worth it now this is out and back what's right now is about a 1.80 plus tolls you could make a little bit if they kept their promise but they don't. I've got three 3 weeks in two loads My opinion run go back to your old job and deal with it cuz this one is a definite lose lose situation.

The rates are minimal. You are just one in 100 beggars waiting for a load. They know that and operate accordingly. Give the terminal manager $500 a week cash he will keep you loaded. Disrespectful. They lie cheat and steal. Go find out for yourself.

The company’s great but the management at klb east suck they have their favor drivers one driver with 6 trucks works 6 days a week while other drivers only get 3 to 4 days work I think all management should be fired
