They constantly watch you on camera if you make one wrong move you're gone and they charge you $500 to go to orientation runaway

Pros

Nice equipment that's it

Cons

If you get let go before your probation they charge you a $500 orientation feewhich is unheard of in the trucking industry and is the way the owner gets over on you

I work here and its not bad. I drive a dedicated load every week so I am home on the weekends and I never have problems with the owner Brandt or dispatch. The e logs are great and the drive camera is a great back up for any accidents so everyone knows what happened. The mechanic they have is just a kid in high school but he knows everything about the trucks and trailer and can fix anything. He works there 7 days a week which I feel like breaks some sort of law but he seems really nice and doesn't mind. He did a brake job on my truck and one wheel seal in under 4 hours by himself. He gives all the drivers his phone number and you can text or call him anytime with questions. Pay roll is great and you get paid every Friday. All the trucks are pretty much brand new so they are always very easy to drive and if there is a problem with them they usually get taken care of pretty quick.
