I had the pleasure of working with JRV Logistics as an owner-operator, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. From the very beginning, they were supportive and transparent about everything, from the freight opportunities to the financials. Their dispatch team is highly professional and always worked hard to keep me running with great loads, maximizing my time on the road while considering my home time preferences. One thing that stood out was their excellent communication. Whether it was updates on my loads or information about the escrow and maintenance accounts, I always felt well-informed. They were also very understanding and fair when unexpected breakdowns or issues occurred. JRV also takes care of their drivers by offering a steady flow of work, competitive pay, and ensuring compliance with necessary paperwork, like helping with the 2290 tax form renewals and other filings, which was a huge plus for me. They take a genuine interest in the success of their drivers and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with during my time as an owner-operator. Unfortunately I had to leave them due to my family situation, but I'd come back in a heartbeat if I was to do OTR again. I have worked with JRV for the past 6 years now and always had excellent communication with dispatch or office team. During my tenure I was able to pay off two of my trucks and 2 trailers. JRV helped me if there was any problems on the road or with brokers shippers and receivers. To be honest this is the best place I worked for as an owner operator. Over 4 years and didn’t have an issue with jrv. I run the spot market and work with brokers myself and the freedom that it brings. There’s always someone willing to help on a load too. J and his crew will take care of you trust me just join them
