If you have more than 2 years experience driving stay away from this company!! I wouldn't even recommend them for starting out!! When I first started with this company everything seemed to be picture perfect and fine but then after the first few months I started noticing a lot of problems. When you address the problems with your driver manager they don't like that then they treat you worse and treat you like dirt. I have proof to back up everything I say in this review. Unfortunately because they're a smaller company the company gets stuck going to a lot of garbage customers and those customers burn your clocks up and screw the driver over and the company knows this but yet they do nothing... Then went bad weather comes in the area they don't seem to care all they care about is getting what little Freight they have moved regardless to the safety of the driver... and I'm definitely not okay with that.

Pros

There are no PROS

Cons

Lack of maintenance on the equipment is a good majority of the reason why all of the equipment is breaking down. Everything is least so they want it to break down before they have to pay to fix it and when they do a good majority of the time they want to send you to the dealership of whatever manufacturer truck you have and you know how that goes now you're down for a long time. They do have loaner trucks that they put drivers in but the loaner trucks are worse than the trucks that they assign

They tend to be more polite and relaxed than other companies. They aren't trying to push you to drive tired. They can accept a late load if the driver has done his/her best and made good decisions.

Pros

Dispatch, hometime, pay, and equipment.

Cons

Loads are computer generated and are sometimes unrealistic.

J&R SCHUGEL

J.R. Schugel has been around a long time. I've heard they are a good company. Lisa, from Ice Road Truckers, did a meet and greet there a while back, so if it's good enough for Lisa, it's got to be good.

J&r schugel has nice equipment and this is all, they have a very high driver and dispatch turn over, I worked for them over 2years,the miles were never conscient, when you wanted to get home they would get you home but you r going to sacrifice almost a weeks pay regardless of time at home, their dispatchers r the worst I have ever experienced ever, difficult to get more than a day out dispatch,
