No money all lies so please before looking for a new job check reviews and FMCSA scores all load boards they are on a do not load list they also are shrinking there own freight onto LP no money run ????

Overall JLE is a good company. The pay is good for company drivers. I only have about 2 years of experience and it’s pretty good. The home time is what I like most. Dispatchers try their best to accommodate any special request as well.

Working for JLE has been very good to me as a lease purchase driver here the communication between me and my fleet manager and the entire staff is very good you have to come here and just do your job and not want anybody to hold your hand and you will do good here I am home every weekend and sometimes threw out the week I get to pick load off of the company load board as well off of the day load board the shop that we have is top notch and if you need anything out on the road you just call and they will get to a shop to get repair done
