caring and compassionate. family focused. Good miles, will keep you going. Usually have return load before you deliver. Good communication and very approachable. Will work with you. Believes the company exist because of the driver. Safety is a top priority.

Pros

Family oriented. Benefits and pay/ Miles. Treat with respect and listen to you.

Cons

dont really have any. No one is perfect but they are really good at what they do.

All the trucks are leased by Penske are Rider their trailers is the same so they're well maintained the my time there I didn't like it $0.35 a mile might as well be working for England

No pros no parking their office is an Old Firehouse in Andover Kansas in a neighborhood little city blocks

Never made more money driving in my 21 yrs. I aint going nowhere soon thats for sure. This is what Trucking should be all about.

Great company to work for. They changed their start pay to .45mi. Home every werkend. In the 18mo. I've been here, only 3 times have I not been home, 2 of them by my own choice. They have health ins. Great staff to work with. Very Family orientated.

Equipment is okay miles 2800 miles a week aircraft Parts in AC units about 800-900 a week take home if you're lucky

Pros

Get you home when you want to go home

Cons

They don't pay for any down time or layovers and when you leave they screw you out of your pay
