I have around 18 years in this industry. I am new to jat at this point.But I so far can't say anything that's bad. But I do think that this place is only good for confident and experienced drivers. There's no hand holding and the work is steady so far.So with that said if you need training wheels move on . At least in my opinion.

Pros

Dispatch is cool with me and saftey guy is a good dude. Also I'm not micro managed and that's huge for most of us.

Cons

Tight loads sometimes not a lot of time to get it done. Not enough drop and hook.

Nothing short of a joke and the arrogant idiots that work there. Nothing good about this place.. hate this company and the people who work there..

Not there anymore would never work there or recommend anyone.

Cons

Treat u like crap and talk about u behind your back. Two faced place with jerks.

Been working for JAT for 4 years I’ve had no problems with them. Pay for OTR is good and I’m home every weekend get weeks off when I ask for them and everyone treats me with respect. So I’m not sure what’s going on with these bad reviews.

Stay away from them. I know the industry. It is hard to find worthy partners. This is just one more looking for ways to use a driver for its own growth.

Pros

I agree with a previous statement: They kiss you before they screw you.

Cons

It is sad to see all in office are just programed to take from you and not give back.
