It’s a perfect place to work for foreigners but for taxpayers NO! 95% is Foreigners and Tax payers struggle to make as rates are very low due to this reason. Drivers are not paid fairly and most of good paying loads are given to company drivers or green card drivers

Pros

Home time is good and office is nice and clean

Cons

Bad CSA score and DOT spends the day outside of rail yards waiting

Lowest pay in the industry freight was spotty at best. I was a owner operator and would sit for a day or two waiting on freight often!

This company is terrible. I recommend it to nobody. They have no respect for the employees. The pay is low they tell you make about 1200 to 1800 a week. and it’s a lie you bring under $900 a week. and you’re constantly being watched on the camera no privacy no respect.

I leased on as an owner operator. What recruiting told me, what I was told in orientation was not accurate. I was told I would recieve training (a lie), I was told my route would be 400 miles a day and when they wasnt available other freight available (other freight meaning shuffle trailers in town) When I separated from them they refuse to release me from their IRP so I cannot lease onto another carrier until they re issue my plate to another driver. Might be a week, might a month. Who knows. Drivers beware. I do not recommend this company.

Pros

Paul is great

Cons

lack of communication, bad business practices.
