DON'T come here !
No one seems to know what they are doing ! No communication!
Pay is NOT what they tell you, they tell you $1750.00 a week guarentee , but you'll never see that!
Equipment is junk unless you make it 6 weeks and get a new one, and even then you're in the shop more than on the road.
They try to micro-manage everything and no one cares if you stay or leave. They'll replace you with an orientation person, no big deal.
Very shady company.
Cons
Management, pay, equipment

Terrible terrible don’t come here, I get it you’re excited but your excitement will quickly fade when you see the equipment they put you in. Then you see your terrible pay check. I’m about to leave I’ve only been here a couple weeks it’s just not worth it.
Cons
Pay, terrible equipment, paid by the mile, miles controlled by dispatch who don’t care if you succeed or fail.

Whoever you are and whatever your experience is, take it somewhere else because this is not the place for any driver to waste their time. All of the advertisements are a lie and you will never see $1,750 per week as advertised. They rent you a car to get there and you have to pay that back. YOU WILL NOT SEE A PAYCHECK FOR 22 DAYS. They will give you advances for those 22 days so that means that you are already in the hole from the time that you start. After the 22 days you won't ever see the $1,750 because of all of the deductions that you are paying back to the company. If you breakdown you're at a loss because they don't pay breakdown pay and they make sure that you get one of the worst trucks in their yard. When you first get to the yard you will see all of the trucks parked that drivers either abandoned or left. They say that you will get a new truck in 90 days but that is if you make it that far. Who wants to drive an unsafe truck from California to the East Coast ? The owner gives a section of the orientation and said a lot but what he won't say is how many lawsuits that he has against his company and how many times that he had to settle those lawsuits because of the validity. Yes, some of these trucks are beautiful but don't let that fool you because the devil was said to be beautiful. There are many TicTock videos telling drivers to stay away and they are all true but I didn't pay attention. There are also videos of drivers that Hurricane pays to leave favorable reviews. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY OUT OF BUSINESS AND THEY WANT TO TAKE YOU DOWN WITH THEM. The dispatchers and driver managers were not trained well and don't have a clue.
Pros
There are no pros for this business

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my trucking career take note do not go to work for this company I got injured and was let go they told me to clean my truck out they would be after it all because I got injured you can tell them that your truck is truck wrong with it they will tell you to continue driving they were times that I was out 2 months at a time before I went home let me just say this I work from July 1st to December 24th I was home a total of 5 days in that amount of time they have a very high turnover because they're for their money and no one else so I strongly suggest stay away

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to work for this company, they are a joke!! They hold back a load every week, so if you get 3 loads in a week you are only paid for 2… if you have maintenance done outside the yard you have to pay for it out of pocket… when I quit I walked in to turn my tablet and keys in and the weekend crew were so rude told me I need to hurry and get my #### and get off their property!!
