"Trash Company Of The Year" 1. They don't want to manage their employees they want you to self manage yourself. 2. They want you to find your own replacement driver for days you need off. 3. They don't pay or give you paid holidays or vacation pay so you can't afford to takeoff unless you manage to save up your own money! 4.They keep 100% of the money the Post Office gives for you on your paid holidays and paid vacation pay! 5. They don't supply equipment they want you to find your equipment at the post office that may be damaged and left by other drivers. 6. They make you do a timesheet so they can avoid paying you for all the hours you work, 7. They instead pretend like they pay you from your written hours instead they pay you by set hours of what they think you should take to run and finish each route! Etc Etc Etc! This Company is Shady for Tenure Professional Drivers, but it's Legit for Beginner/Desperate Driver's who don't know what they are suppose to be paid...

Pros

The work can be fun and not as hard as some delivery jobs...

Cons

The Company Owners are Lazy and Greedy and rather spend your money on themselves instead of allow an employee to have a better life! Honestly They Must Be Republicans the same ones that say everyone should work for their money and stop depending on the Government! Sadly this is how all companies are and most Republicans are, when they have their own companies and their way of having legalized slavery by stealing employees money to make their lives better!
