Best way to get your unpaid wages is filing a lawsuit. DCN is the payroll company they use and they make you sign a shareholder agreement to come onboard. I already complained to the State of Illinois Department of Labor about how they withhold pay from drivers and their completed deliveries.
Pros
None, they are crooks. Will add bogus deductions to your paycheck and manipulate load payouts, also don’t like to pay detention, extra stops, or layovers
Cons
Make sure you never sign any agreements to being an independent contractor for them. I had a co-worker come onboard with them and sign a lease purchase and they gave him a truck that required over $5K in repair expenses and they will unlawfully deduct it from your earnings

If you quit this company, make sure you get all your money. I did 3800 miles with 65 cents per mile. They only paid me $149.00. That's is lower than someone can get.

Olia my dispatcher did a wonderful job lying and flirting with me in an attempt to get me to come there her words to me was drivers get 2800 to 3300 miles a week at 65 cpm for 3 months and 70 upon 3 month avail in which will get you a check above 2 grand but unfortunately when I get there the paperwork stated UP TO 2800 to 3300 miles per week they changed the language in the 4th quarter by that time you are already there not only that they charged me 100 a week under something they came up with called a Bi rite lease when this was discovered Sam the drivers relations guy stated do to Illinois taxes they do that for tax reasons that in itself sounds crooked not only that that $100 that they were taking was not given back until it was brought up in a meeting that I arranged with them in my 18 years I have never paid $49 for occupational insurance it was either offered and you didn’t have to accept it or the company paid for it there was also a stock fee payment of $25 dollars a week if you are a 1099 driver there should be be any deductions but this is what happen when you deal with these Eastern European companies out of Chicago they are definitely taking advantage of hard working Americans that’s why I love Donald trump and understand the message make America great and keep America great these people come over here and do these types of things in which is illegal and unfair to hard working Americans last but not least THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU MESS UP YOUR DRIVER LICENSE WITH TICKETS AND ACCIDENTS YIU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE TYPE OF COMPANIES THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE SO KEEP YOUR PSP MVR SUPER CLEAN SO YOU CAN GET THE GOOD JOBS WHERE YOU AS A TRUCKER CAN ACTUALLY TAKE YOUR TRUCK HOME ON YOUR HOME TIME AND GET YOUR CHECK I was warned about those Chicago Balkan region companies and I didn’t have to deal with them until I messed up my license but I was given a shot by a really great company where my home time is every weekend no eld and a dedicated run to Houston Dallas Austin then back home Friday $1800 weekly guaranteed but this was a lesson learned if your reading this you have been warned…
