Four Ways is an awesome company to be working with. The whole entirety of the company is filled very outstanding people. Great dispatchers and maintenance team!!! They've never left me stranded and have always gone above and beyond to keep me with a load and on the road. Truck break down and they either get it fixed within a a day or get you into another truck. One of best Teams I've ever worked with!!

Best trucking company, Dispatch very professional & efficiency. Manager very good, hard to meet a Manager that great. Safety department very knowledgeable and ease to keep all equipment on Driving standards plus any repairs are fast. Routes everywhere for every one interest. And much more. Interested? There are no "better" or "worse" teams here—everyone works together like a true team, maintaining the highest level of professionalism. With almost seven years of OTR driving experience, I consider myself a professional driver. When looking for a company, I had very specific criteria—from truck features to driver communication. Every driver has their own priorities and questions, and Four Ways Cargo matched mine 100%. Bingo! ???? For future drivers, my advice is simple: create your own list of questions and ask the company. Scam company, you will not make the money they say you will. Do not waste your time, you'll leave owing them money.

After a month driving for this company I think I can comment. First, I'm a lease operator for 4 Ways Cargo. They are based in the Chicago area and are owned by eastern Europeans. I know right off the bat it'll make you cringe BUT they are the best company in the Chicago area. They really do work with drivers in any way possible from home time to get the best loads. I follow along with them on rates to see if they were pretty close to accurate. Believe it or not they are. If not actually better. I worked many companies in my 25+ years and I can't still believe they are in my opinion top 3 companies I have ever driven for. My dispatcher (Steven) is becoming not only my dispatcher but a friend. He listens to my concerns and will fix anything he has the power to if he can't. If he can't he'll reach out to someone who will. That's my honest opinion about 4 Ways Cargo in the month I been here. Looking forward to the future to see what else in store for me with this company
