Man, I gotta say, Forsage Logistics is the real deal! I’ve been driving for years, and this company treats me better than any other I’ve worked for. They ain’t just talkin when they say drivers are first—they back it up with solid support. I feel like they actually care about me, not just the loads I haul
Top-notch trucks Always clean and running smooth. You can tell they’re on top of maintenance, which makes my job easy
They big on safety, which I like, and they’re always lookin’ for ways to help me grow as a driver. Plus, it’s cool to work for a company that gives a damn about the community. If you’re a driver lookin’ for a solid gig, or a customer needin reliable transport, Forsage is where it’s at. 10/10, hands down.

Currently in a 2023 freight liner cascadia. 3 years with this company and plan on staying here for rest of career. Pay is 1800$ if miles are good maybe more $$ depending. 3500 miles or less depending on market. All types of loads in my dry van. From dirt to glass jars. Dispatcher is top of the line to. Maintance has its ups and downs but no body is perfect. Remember this is not a mega carrier. They expect you to do your pretrip and report to maintenance on anything wrong. Also dispatch for the most part isn’t in the U.S. But they still do a great job. Moldova is where they hail from. Nice people.
Pros
Good paycheck
Great off time
Good dispatcher
Not a number
Cons
As of yet to my knowledge we don’t have a yard.
We don’t have our own shop.

I've been here for a little over 90 days! So I'll keep my review as honest as possible.
This is from my experience only! I'm always home on-time without incident. The equipment is relatively new so I haven't had many issues! If I do I contact the maintenance person Artemie and go from there. I have a pretty good dispatcher whose name is Greg. And I pretty much work with him only. He's always been available whenever I have had any issue. The miles has pretty much been consistent. Which is approximately 2200-2500 miles a week. If I would average it out over the span of time being here. We do live loads and live unloads. Which does cause you to incur quite a bit of detention! We're supposed to get paid after the first 2hrs. However detention isn't paid out automatically! And since my friend and I have been here. We haven't seen any detention pay which seems to be an on going issue! That goes unresolved and I'm quite sure the owners are aware of that fact! Which is definitely a growing concern of ours! You can do everything that you're supposed to do! And still not be paid the detention monies owed. The dispatcher hands are tied when it comes to getting you paid! Even though there's a contract agreement they have you sign in orientation. With that contract you agree to pay a 2500$ fee to escrow! Which that is up in the air if you'll receive it back! You can pay 100$ a week or 200$ a week. They have you pay 170$ occupational hazard insurance. Other than not getting paid detention monies owed. I don't have any complaints at this time! I got recruited by a driver that's been here for a couple of years. After my previous company did a big layoff. Luke was our recuiter who got us approved in about 24hrs. I brought over one of my good friends from that company! She seems to be doing well here also. But haven't received any detention pay either! So with everything being said. I don't think there's a perfect trucking job. Or job period for that fact. It's all in what you as an individual will tolerate! I wanted to give it at least 90 days. Before coming to the site to do a review. Because sometimes the reviews are done prematurely! I hope this helps prospective drivers and Forsage logistics make improvements. Or give a good overview on whether or not this is a suitable trucking job for future prospects! Safe travels and blessings to all???????? ????!

So if you're looking for a company that values its drivers and maintains the highest standards Forsage is the place to be and I’m grateful to be part of. Well done Forsage team
