Stay Away! I started with them a couple months ago. I typically stay with companies for 2-3 years but this one has me wanting to jump ship. Horrible Communication from dispatch, Half the trailer fleet is without inspection stickers (the main reason I want out) and they gave me a truck with german cockroaches infested in it. I spend at least 20-30 hours a week of workable hours just rotting waiting on dispatch.

Great people .. They take care of there employees ..... if you're having an emergency they will get you home within 24 hours

They will run you. They run you they will keep you busy but they will make sure you get good loads for the most part but not every company's perfect I'm bad loads so it's a get your share so how's that

It's hard to it's hard to get to sleep in .lol

The only stars I would gives this company is - x 1000 stars. If you want to work for a company that has no integrity or ethics ,this place is the place to be!!!! They will limited you on time , miles = money.

Pros

There are no Pros working for this company . If your looking for experience to get your time in but you don't mind getting done wrong they will hire you.

Cons

Every one working at this company. They will want you to stay out for weeks but you'll be in a parking lot some where, even on Holidays ! There definition of a Drop N Hook is you drop your trailer and waite for it to be loaded and it can take up to days! 4 hr detention before you get payed.Very insufficient planning and loads. Be aware if someone gives this company a good rating.

Second move in 3 years. Unable to pay the bills or their drivers. This company is unlikely to survive 2024

Can't pay their bills. Flowtrans is fighting an uphill battle against the established foodgrade tanker companies. This outfit Can't survive.
