P&S owns 28 companies, but your pay(loaded miles only)will never go up because the 2 owners like their money to much,if P&S would pay drivers cents per mile we would all be rolling in great money, and when most other companies govern their trucks at 70 mph DMT trucks are at 65 mph regardless of your experience,it’s best to buy your lease truck and re-lease it to the company, and the cameras with tell the company if you look away from the road to long(distracted driving)and easy way to fire you

Pros

Awesome dispatch, safety, and the ops manager, they do their best to keep you roloing

Cons

Pay is to low for the work you do,trap pay is a joke, speed of trucks to low, home time(if they can get it)don’t make appt for home time, you’ll miss them, bunk heater will turn off during the night, revenue for the truck is way to low which means so is your pay

I am under my third load so far so good, 27% of the linehaul $40 tarp pay my truck will run 65 mph, you can believe what you want from all the negative reviews from other drivers that’s up to you I have over 20 years experience driving over four years experience flatbed, My Dispatcher already asked if I wanted to go home he also gave me an option of different loads that I wanted to do so I just picked one no company does that to a company driver, everybody from logs, Saftey, dispatch. I think they’re doing an awesome job and given the drivers awesome respect, but like I said, you form your own opinion about all the negative reviews and comments

Pros

The trucks are less than 2 1/2 years old. You may get a brand new one, If something is broke on your truck or trailer, they fix it immediately

Cons

They give you 2,8’foot drop tarps So if you want other tarps, you have to purchase them with your own money and that’s OK. I honestly can’t think of anything else.

Cons

64. 62. Mph trucks which shows evidence of they have no respect for you.

Old trailers that don’t get washed ever. Basic bottom of the line trucks. Cheap P&S transportation pays 27% low pay especially for flatbed, they run you in the ground for low pay $40.00 tarp pay and use big 8’ drop 30’ long tarps. Maintenance dept is lack luster. There are several better flatbed Companies don’t Easter your time with cheap P&S

Pros

Home every weekend not much more

Cons

P&S transportation owns DMT they don’t wash the trailers Barely get a Weekend off they push you to deliver Monday morning really gotta leave home on Sunday to make far deliveries
