Countrywide is a joke but then again most brokerges are, these guys don't even deal with drivers directly, instead they hire a third party entity to do all the work for them, if you have a problem and try to call, you are put on hold and no one ever answers. They use stall tactics when communicating with them thru email when your trying to get new rate con (we need to get with Felipe, or Pedro or whomever) but they never do, they expect drivers to work for free while they steal as much as they can because like most brokers in the country, they feel they deserve more than the driver because after all they work so hard, at doing absolutely nothing
