Charger Logistics has been a truly decent place to work so far. They keep me busy, and paychecks have been punctual. The facility is fairly new, which is a nice change from my previous company. There have been a few minor issues here and there with scheduling and dispatch, but nothing major. Management seems to care about the drivers, which you don’t always find in this industry. Overall, a solid company that values safety and well-kept vehicles.
