At first wasn’t to bad but after a few months the equipment they sent to get fixed would always come back the same way it left. Even the mechanics would say they can never fix anything due to company not wanting to spend money. They buy old container trailers to save on not purchasing new trailers or properly fix equipment They do hazmat loads and necer have the proper hazmat signs which is a big risk for driver and public

Pros

Dock time on some routes (32.50hr)

Cons

Seniority based Will switch your route last minute

This company seriously needs a Union really bad. The amount of stuff they pull with their employees is out of this world. From changing routes, crappy insurance, bad equipment, vindictive corporate management, to under pay, the best advice I can give is to look elsewhere for employment.

Pros

Home daily

Cons

They cut corners at all cost, even if it hurts their most qualified employees.

This company is Trash. They withhold checks, dont pay claims, nickel and dime over invoices. It never stops. Clearly not interested in long term business partnerships so i imagine they treat their employees like #### too.

Pros

there is no positive.

Cons

every thing about the experience.

Honestly the driving part of the job is easy it when they want you to unload after a long night I don’t like and management is horrible at every spot please stay away not worth it management tries to talk to you. The most disrespectful is way possible and expect you to just deal with it. Honestly, surprised drivers still work for them because it’s not worth it and whoever owns this company need to do some serious reevaluating on how they run their company because this company is going to run itself into the ground honestly management is the reason why I’m quitting soon so keep that in mind before you work for these people

Central Transport

Q: Anyone familiar with this company? They have an opening for line haul, dedicated out of Phoenix. Wouldn't mine applying if it's still available when I move there.

A: Phoenix is OK...Tucson OK

Decent equipment, plenty of work..The TM Cole is a complete tool idiot, but if you go linehaul you wont have to deal with him much...Pay is close to all the others here, they have 2 linehaul runs, a quick one which gets you about 4 hours on the dock, and a run to rialto ca, which leaves no room for dock...

Ins sucks, def get your own at united or somewhere..cheaper better

Central Transport equipment?

The only reason they're still in business is because it's Ot after 55. The health insurance is the owners insurance company so you're basically paying him back when you get paid. The equipment is kept until it's no longer usable and they suck!
