All equipment is newer. Leased tractors. Internationals or Freightliners. No recap tires. Great bosses. Great pay. Drop and hook. No sitting at stops. Just trailer swaps. Mileage pay. I average 3000 weekly Run at night so no traffic. Full benefits. Road driver and dedicated routes.

Pros

Pay Equipment Drop and hook No sundays.

Cons

They just put cameras in the trucks would be my only con. And maybe the fact that saturdays are short because I get home Saturday morning.

Bob's cares for their drivers. The tucks are brand new, properly maintained in house with safety systems that really help you on the road. I'm home everyday. We drive at night when the traffic is light and get lots of miles every week (2500- 3000). No heavy lifting, no weighting around, it's drop and hook, no touch freight.

Pros

Generous compensation with bonuses and great benefits. Home everyday.

Cons

Mandatory work on Saturdays during peak season. With the pandemic, that's been a lot of Saturdays, but the 6th day pay is very nice!
