If I could it would be ZERO..... dispatchers talk to you like you're garbage and they promise you miles on a dedicated run that cancels half the loads consistently each week and then don't give you other loads to compensate. They LOVE to disrespect you and your spouse constantly because the dispatchers and dispatch manager thinks their crap doesn't stink and they are the only ones right despite never driving a truck themselves. I had a health issue that caused me to pass out on the terminal yard and they left me there for a half hour before the paramedic was called (which I have a pending lawsuit over)......CLAIMS they are a CHRISTIAN company but act in the most UNCHRISTIAN way possible. They don't care about you at all. You're just a number. Trust me RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE FROM THEM

Nothing at all

20% of the people do 100% of the work. They even have a ministry, however they only help out illegals that have snuck into the country. Their stuff is junk.

Pros

They pretend to be Christian.

Cons

The office can be a little woke sometimes
