The equipment here is brand new, both truck and trailers. Maintenance is outstanding, 24/7. If you break down they will replace the equipment and will take care of you. Recruiting was top notch, had to pay for my own ticket, bet Bloom reimbursed on first check. They took care of hotel, rides and meals. Ged and Rob are great recruiters. Making money as promised, 3000$ per week after all deductions. You have to be able to rack up the miles here. Dispatchers are outstanding, respectful, knowledgeable and on the point every time. I hope to retire here. 5 stars all around. Thank you!

I started with Bloom a few years ago. I rented the equipment for 6 months, then , I purchased a new truck from them. They aren't a Lease/purchase scam. You actually put $10k down and start working. It takes 3 years to pay it off. I've made insane money driving with them. Even today in a tough market, I still average $2700 weekly after all the bills are paid. If you have trouble (and you will because it's trucking) they are your guardian angel to help you through any rough patch. All you have to do to succeed is, show up and work hard, they handle everything else. Quit wasting time at scam companies that make you pay to repair their truck. Rent or purchase, choose your path and go to work.

I've had a fantastic experience contracting with this trucking company as an owner-operator. The freedom I have here is unmatched, and I'm earning more than I ever did before. They even help cover repair costs when I need it, which is a huge relief. Shoutout to my dispatcher, Matt—he's truly the best! He always keeps me moving with loads that make sense for me. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive partnership.

I’ve been with Bloom for 4 years. I’ve been OTR since 2004 and I have to say that this is a pretty solid outfit. I paid off my lease with them in 3 years and I still made money during the lease. If you like to run and make money, it’s here. They leave you alone to do your job and don’t micromanage. My settlement is straight and I’ve really never had a problem with accounting. I’ve built a strong relationship with my dispatch and it’s definitely a team effort.

Pros

One on one dispatch. Awesome miles.

Cons

Main office yard is too small.
