Home Time I've been looking for. Pay is sufficient. Loads are plentiful. Equipment??? Just run it. Not much difference from one truck to another truck anymore. Technology?

Not a good company to work for. I got sent to the East Coast and was not able to get home for weeks at a time. I requested time off and they seem to ignore me and kept me there on the East Coast. Where the loads are short and not making any money.. I also spent a lot of time waiting for loads that would come in. Do not work for this company.

Pros

Decent pay slow trucks. Dumbass managers.

Cons

Wore out equipment to many breakdowns. I was told at least 10000 miles a month.I was lucky to get 7. Thousand miles a month. I spent way too much time at truck stops.

Very poorly run company at Mount Zion location . Its anything goes . no maintenance for trucks .It is what it is .

Horrible management No one explains the job thoroughly No one seems to care about you No instructions given to be successful If you work at night good luck getting help Rude people in safety and after hours phone lines People in office give pretentious and arrogant vibes as if you’re dumb and they’re above you. (Human Resources) At this company you’re just another employee and it shows in how much they care.

Stay away.saftey runs this company and they suck.i was injured and after months of workers comp they let me go.
