To keep it simple the guy running transportation got his job by default the prior left. Unwilling to follow Union contract running out like a good old boy place not Union. This problem leaves employees with two sets of rules

A great company that really could be the absolute BEST if they had more CONSTRUCTIVE dialog with the workers on the frontline (Bakery, Shipping, Transport Drivers) Overall a great company with outstanding products!

Pros

If you do your job and don't wreck anything, show up everyday, be on time you will never have a problem. Pretty good job and benefits with a very decent pay scale. PLENTY of overtime. Pretty cool folks to work with!

Cons

TERRIBLE days off (Split Days) sometimes unusual hours.... but this really cant be helped some times
