Regardless what shift you'll be touching a weekend which is fair. I didn't really have a complaint until I was fired for hitting a tree that fell in front of my truck in the middle of a tornado on a 2 lane hwy surrounded by trees. Even while weighing over 70000 lbs I manged to stop the truck and only damaged one head light with a couple cracks in the hood. Regardless I was moving around 20 to 25 and hazards going. Over 7 years of driving with no accident or ticket violations and because my sun visor was blocking the inward facing camera was let go. Best part is when attempting to reach out to saftey and dispatch no answer due to them being locked down safe a tight in a storm shelter while leaving phones in the offices. Way to watch out for your drivers.
Cons
Just lucky we're in a fire at will state ????

I wouldn't recommend working here. Micromanaging is awful. Benefits are not all that great. Poor management and the owner does not seem to care. Currently here looking for work elsewhere.
Cons
Basically everything

Current driver, the sign out front saids it alll, high turnover, hourly pay is 22, a shift b shift 24 you got to work 65 plus hours a week to make a decent check also BMW shuts down you don’t get paid for two weeks and there shuting down in April for three weeks, , Iam looking everyday for another job and if you get lucky and go out of town when these shut downs occur and work it helps but you don’t get your expenses paid back for 4 to 6 weeks, terrible place the pay you see is gross 1300 to 1700 they are to embarrassed show the hourly pay . Iam serious I drove for 19 years and the recruiter didn’t mention have this stuff. Don’t believe look at the reviews and a driver hiring sign that never comes down.

If you are looking for a company to work at no matter the level, DO NOT come here.
This is a Special warning for drivers, if you want to keep your CDL, Avoid Benore Logistics at all costs. They are so far from in Dot or FMCSA compliance that it is absolutely terrifying. The equipment is barely maintained and functional. They will tell you that they have new equipment, they do not at all it's all beat to trash and back. They haven't had a safety and compliance meeting since November of 2023, those are mandatory for the DOT and FMCSA.
They also recently failed a OSHA safety inspection, and were severely fined. By OSHA and the Georgia Department of Labor. Because multiple people have been hurt, very seriously hurt, just on their yard.
They will hang you out to dry and then expect you to break the law and use the 16 hour exception, everyday, with no valid reason for doing so. there are so many other reasons beyond just those.
They will tell you that you will make$1,300 to $1,500 a week that is a lit that will never happen. Their actual pay rate is
Day shift $22 an hour
2nd shift $24 an hour
Your home time will be next to non-existent they will have you out there 60 hours or more, most likely more. Your check for all that will be a joke.
The benefits, that they have are so #### poor it's absolutely stunning. If you have to use them, you will almost have been better off not having them in the first place. You might end up with a smaller bill then, at least.
If those reasons are not enough, the management does not have the first clue, how to do or use hours of service. How to inspect the equipment trucks or trailers. They could honestly care less how dangerous something is, even if you take them by the hand and point it out to them.
For everybody else these things apply to you as well, as well as the drivers. You have to watch your paychecks, it doesn't even matter if you are management or not, in dispatch, load validation, or any other position in the company. They will cheat you on your money. They are currently being sued multiple times for that very reason.
If you even remotely think anybody your management, HR, Safety and compliance, or anybody else will have your back in any way. Then you would be extremely mistaken. They will whenever possible set you up to fail, they will push you under the proverbial bus, then stomp you with both feet to make sure you go under. They would also back it up and run you over again multiple times to make sure they got you. If they can't set you up with something you actually did wrong, they will make something up. If that doesn't work they will have your fellow employee's help set you up and lie about it.
This is not everything these are just things, that readily come to mind. There are definitely more. This is your warning avoid this company at all costs you could very well end up losing your CDL, end up in jail, or worse.
