Terrible company. Your DM is in another country, they expect you to pick up hazmat loads with 30 minutes of driving left. They will blow up your phone, bully and harass you for following FMCSA rules. Stay away from them unless you want to stay empty all day and get dispatched in the dead of night. Awful people with junk loads. Look harder for a job before you come here.

Benefit trucking cares about its employees and has been a great company to start my career. I drive 2021 Pete 579 68 mph on the pedal, usually 2-3 days at home after 2 weeks out. My manager is a great guy and the rest of the drivers couldn’t be a cooler group of people. Benefit rocks!!!

It's an exceptional company! I genuinely find my time here enjoyable, with robust support and a steady flow of freight to keep you busy. They also provide well-maintained equipment for driving. I am truly satisfied with my experience here, and I only wish I had discovered Benefit Trucking many years ago.

Do not believe the reviews on Indeed or Glassdoor! They have junk loads, can't seem to get a backhaul and you will sit more than you move. They play games with drivers and you will not get a new truck. Instead, you will get an old jalopy complete with someone else's funk all over. Looking to get away from them for several reasons including, they do not take taxes out of your settlement. Liars, cheaters and thieves. Consider yourself warned.
