If you like selling your soul to the devil, you’ll love Barnhart! If all you care about is working 24/7 and pleasing the owner, you’ll make it. If you want to be home, see your family, have a say in your loads, and get a decent paycheck then steer clear.
The owner expects you to say yes to everything. If you ask for a raise you’ll just be told to work more. They preach work/life balance but do not practice what they preach. The companies current “money problems” due to poor decisions made by the owner leave the future of the company very undetermined.

Horrible , refuse to pay . I'm owed 25000.00 and they blocked me from emailing . Nearly a year old debt. How would they feel if on Friday they didn't receive a paycheck. Or the next Friday. Etc. not good people
Cons
No pay , avoid paying. Block your emails

As a company driver don’t waste your time here. They fill your head with promises. Highest check was 1200. Lowest was 250 so far. Better have money for hotel room and Uber if broke down.
Pros
Conestoga work and badass kw t800

Criminal enterprise run by a common crook. Pay is below average and work is not spread out evenly, they play favorites alot. Don't get sick working here they'll turn their backs on you quickly
Pros
Only pro is leaving employment
Cons
Office staff love to work together to screw drivers over if you fall out of their good graces
