This the worst company I’ve ever worked for. They take $250 escrow out your check every week, which you will never get back. They constantly call micromanaging you on your 10 hour break. No detention, layover or any kind of additional pay you’ve earned. All you get is the few miles they decide to pay you for. If you drive 300 miles, they’ll on pay you for 190 miles. The only person you’ll ever be in contact with is your dispatcher that has no experience or knowledge of HOS. They will run you illegally adding illegal time to your HOS. You will have a full clock everyday illegally so they can get the max out of you while paying you less that the bare minimum. I ran over 3200 miles and my check was $600 to $700. There gonna take $800+ every week out your check. You will not make it here, thats why I left and started working for a company that treats drivers with respect and humanity. IVE WARNED YOU ABOUT THIS COMPANY. NOTHING BUT FRAUDS SND SCAMMERS

I have been working with this trucking company for 2 years, and it has been a positive experience overall. The dispatchers I’ve worked with are excellent and always supportive. The company provides new trucks and trailers, ensuring a smooth driving experience.
Pros
Communication is always good, and I consistently have loads to haul.
Cons
The only downside is that sometimes there is a long wait during loading and unloading.

Forced dispatch like you would not believe, They like to hire and fire in under two to four weeks, Nothing but Russians and brokers all witch will blow your phone up. They will do this until you snap and or miss calls them its over. No paycheck .you will be shorted on the first check for like 500, 800 and company drivers pay for breakdowns, you want make it here, they are stuggling and will clean you up. Found 6 orientation books stacked up in the truck from other drivers when i got in my truck( major red flag) .80 a mile but they will kill you in taxes and will not show on any of you stat
Pros
Consistently pushed miles
Cons
Forced sleeper at shipping receiving for split sleeper must run whether sleep or not .
