Wasted 4 months with this company competing for long miles. They act like they care but in the end they really dont. They have a ridiculous policy tile from pu to delivery. Alot of times it could be 3 days for a 700 mile trip. Load planners have no idea what they are doing

Pros

Mostly drop and hook

Cons

Company just flat out sucks when it comes to getting miles because of their planning.

Lies! lies!! LIES!! from the initial phone conversation from recruiter to working for them for a month! "THAT'S ALL I COULD TAKE!"... They promise you everything, but they use words like, "we'll do our best", "we'll try", "we can't control everything", "I'm sorry"..."you must have misunderstood" Your driven mileage will NEVER match your hub mileage, so you'll never get the pay you earned. You'll be charged for anything that has to do with the truck "your fault or not", you'll have things taken out of your check that will be completely made up" all their calls are recorded but if it benifits you somehow down the road, "YOU WON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE RECORDINGS", (That's their property)! When you finially feel you've been cheated enough and quit, you won't get back your deposit or your last check "completely illegal" but they have so much money, they know you don't have a chance in court. I understand a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT is forming against these people, so keep an eye out for the website and join it. It will be free to join and hopefully everyone will be compensated for the wrong doings this company has done to them.

Pros

NONE! ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!!

Cons

Run!! RUN!! RUN!!!! Help put them out of business by not driving for them.....

I previously worked for a company called Artur Express, and my experience was extremely disappointing. They consistently underpaid both their lease and company drivers. In fact, the bottom part of my APU fell off because the mechanic only secured it with one screw, and now they want to charge me for that mistake. They're threatening to put it on my DAC report if I don’t pay. Additionally, I was charged $600 to $700 for damage caused by someone backing into my truck, which was completely out of my control. They also included that on my DAC report. It feels like they're taking advantage of drivers, and I never even received my deposit back. I had to pay a deposit for a pet fee, which I understood, but I returned the truck in good condition aside from the incident that should have been covered by their insurance. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge me for diesel fuel as a company driver. In my eight years of experience, I was only paid $0.57 per mile, which is not competitive for a team driver. The split of $0.66 means only $0.33 per driver, which is hardly sustainable. Overall, my time with this company has been frustrating and disheartening. I wasn’t initially going to leave a review, but after two months of being gone and still dealing with their attempts to damage my DAC report, I felt compelled to share my experience. They truly are taking advantage of drivers and should be avoided.

Pros

They kept me running

Cons

Underpaid and steals money from you then try to mess up your dac report with kies
