I have been a company driver here since last october to present. But uh, saturday will be my last day. I have found that they have no regards for driver safety or public safety. During no unnecessary travel advisories with roads shut down all around that they tried to pressure you into taking the load. Anyway, which that load would have went nowhere they kept having me trapped in a truck and not being able to go anywhere.Because of oddly, multiple accidents, including tractor trailers. They do not have no regard for hometown or doctor's appointments. They do their best not to get you there. They will tell you, but they are a family orientated company and that you will be home on holidays. They don't care if they have to fly you there. That is not true, either. My Christmas with my grandson was ruined. Look at it of this company. I'm giving me a load that forced me to return on christmas day instead of the day after which was my due day to return. They do not like for you to have your 10 hour break in peace. If you will let them, they will make sure that you don't get that consecutive 10 hour break. They want you to get app and deliver goods like you're supposed to be sleeping, and when you refuse, you're wrong for that too. I'm not sure how they figure that, but a 10 hour break is just that. It is not to relate to your job.. they try to force the split sleeper. Birthm on you also, and not just once they will do it. Days in a row, if you let them and I am definitely not that driver when I sleep.I sleep all at one time.I don't split it up they don't want to accept that. You can try to force it upon you anyway. So therefore I will regretfully leave this company. I was hoping to be here for a while, but when it puts my cdl at jeopardy or my life or somebody else's life, it's time to go. Please be careful and don't let anyone pressure any. One of your drivers into doing something that is unsafe for you. They're not you, they get to go home every day. You're the one making the money for your family sending home every day Please don't let somebody take that away from you.

The company folks are pretty nice. Lisa is there when you need. I like working here for the most part except for the dispatch , They are not safety oriented. They tell you they are but in fact they are not. Dispatch has no regards towards your 10 hour break.. If you are on medication that you should not be driving when taking at bedtime, they don't care. They tell you to get up and do it anyway. I personally believe this is wrong. The money is fair and you don't have to fight to get paid. So the only thing that bothers me about this company is the problem with safety for the driver and the general public. I'm writing with less than 4 hours sleep because dispatch decided load was more imp. Than my sleep or mess. I'm sorry if this offends anybody but I am disappointed and upset. Medications are important to me.

Pros

Good pay, mostly good people

Cons

No regards to you rest Break or your overall health. Safety is not a priority with this company

Really enjoyed working there. I made really good money, not the most I ever made, but was pretty dang good. Home time was good, dispatchers seemed to respect the drivers. Their shop was awesome. The only downside was they required ELDs, I hate those!

Pros

Great company that respects drivers.

Cons

Medium size company that needs more terminals.

Allot of lies, no support, and if you are not a yes man then you are let go. No support, and there isn't 24 hour dispatch as they would want you to believe. They've lost most of their customer freight, their trailers are not in great shape, and the dispatchers are given bonuses to run the drivers harder. The higher ups support the dispatcher over the driver.

Pros

There are no pros when the boss lies.

Cons

Liers
