The equipment is in bad shape and we are asked to still drive it. I was supposed to get a bonus in January. It's the end of February and I still haven't received it.

Pros

Only working 3 days a week.

Cons

The shifts are long and my company is really not organized.

Equipment is terrible. I've been with this company for 9 months. I've been towed 6 times and only worked it out on other occasions because once you're towed back, your work day is cut short and so is your pay. Tablets missing out of trucks and that's needed to do your job unless you use an iPhone. The schedule would work better if it was consistent. Company works 3 days a week. But you can't get supplemental income because the days are never the same. Trucks haven't been washed the entire time Ive been employed here. Pay needs to increase to 27/hr across the board. Currently 24/hr.

I was with all steady logistics let me first start off by saying the owner really does have a clue how to run and operation I was lied to during interview saying I would gross $1400 for the first six weeks after talking to her about it she said she stated that it was up to $1400 that was a lie I know exactly what I heard that needs to be investigated not to mention the same review was posted about what she said about the $1400 so who’s lying ????? This Company is a joke $1400 was non existent not even near especially after running 1000k miles from a day to day basis delusional of everything they expected you to accomplish lowest pay of $21 an hour I mean regular delivery drivers non CDL at amazon making the same rate as a regional CDL driver and I’m in a semi make it make sense ???? I can do much better

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Up until this company for the last 20 years I had been a long haul driver. This was the first company I worked for that had driver facing cameras as well. Horrible experience all the way around. My first night on the job I started my shift started at 9pm by midnight they had my nerves totally shot to say the least. My route started in Chattanooga and ended in Jacksonville Florida early am the following mornin with 3 drop and hooks along the way. I had to make an unexpected stop at a truck stop to buy a new phone charger because mine stopped working and with this company your phone has to be on at all times. No more than I got out of the truck and went into the store, they started calling my phone wanting to know why I was stopped. You have to download a few different apps on your phone the owner requires you to have plus Amazon wants to know your location at all times. They watch you in live time on the cameras. He doesn't allow smoking in the trucks which we discussed in my 3 hour orientation. I made it clear I was a smoker and that I would be stopping to smoke which he said was fine to stop a couple of times a run to smoke. The majority of my run down to Florida the truck didn't get over 55 mph. Not sure what the deal was, I just know it wouldn't downshift when it needed to and I was not familiar with how to drop a gear in an automatic International. I would guess my average speed for that trip was between 45- 50 mph. By the time I made it to the Amazon in Jacksonville, I had ran out 13.5 hours on my 14 hour clock. I did stop 2 times to smoke which was a total of 20 minutes. Both times they called wanting to know why I was stopped. I took my 10 at Amazon in Jacksonville. Couldn't sleep while I was there because the A/C didn't get cool or cold. When my 10 was over I headed back to Chattanooga. I was there the whole time with nothing to eat or drink so I stopped the first place I found to grab something to go. As soon as I shut the door they start blowing up my phone wanting to know why I am stopped. Just a repeat of the night before. So again my nerves were shot before I even got started. So it seems they never want you to stop the truck unless your fueling or on Amazon property. This guy pays 22.00 an hour and no extra pay for stops. I have yet to receive my pay for the 2 days I worked there. I've never and I mean never been done this way by a company before.
