This company will not pay out drivers wages. They never paid me 1 dime until I had to quit. I can’t live in nothing. My mortgage went into forbearance. The fuel card had insufficient funds so they had me put it on my personal card. I trusted them. Don’t trust them. They stall and stall. They give every excuse in the book, but now, we the drivers have to take them to court for employment fraud. It’s a class action lawsuit. When a business that is under the regulation of a federal department commits fraud on a class action level, it is considered racketeering so 3 Rigs Trucking is being referred for federal charges. Everyone named as a plaintiff in the civil suit is being subpoenaed as witnesses in the federal criminal suit and we are required to take time off and appear to give our testimony. Omg… I wish I never drove for 3 Rigs and Kevin Rigby. It’s literally a scam.

Pros

None

Cons

The cons are Kevin Rigby and his whole family. They are all literally conmen.

The company is a big SCAM they butter you up for the first week after that your checks are short and you don’t seeing your paystub and that point just quit the owner is well spoken so you might give him the benefit of the doubt but don’t because they going to Zella or cash app you and tell you that payroll messed up and all this and that. but there’s no pay roll it’s him and his wife wearing many hats lol. so they take out for so called taxes and medical but you won’t see your paystub again then they call you for a PM on the truck then you don’t hear from them again. The owner Kevin Rigsby knew I was having a child and yet they still robbed me for my last check right after I went home. been waiting 30 days for my last check but can’t get in contact with anyone so at the point I have to sue him with other office personnel who hasn’t been paid also so if your reading this and your still going there get the other drivers information so can find out about payroll and other BS like can’t get fuel or a scale ticket I wish I knew the other driver was going through the same thing I would’ve quit the same day with him, but I didn’t have his number .everything The other driver said is true that’s why I didn’t go into the same thing in details.

Pros

Nothing

Cons

USDOT3089367 DocketMC071389 Trucks are good, because they're rented from Penske. Trailers are good, newer, from Penske. Routes are good, but since they use the same areas, miles can be too low for a good paycheck. Safety manager is a good guy. Always available. Tried to help when he can. Why I left ... the owner doesn't know how to run a business correctly! Once I sat for 4 days. No one would return my calls or texts. No one told me why I was sitting. Nothing. Don't expect replies, until you get on their nerves with messages. That's a constant. I'm still waiting to hear why he hasn't given me my final pay! He never replies as a boss should. His fuel cards are no good. I had one, it got declined all the time, even for a $14 scale! Then he gave me another one, had to use the places on its website. It STILL got declined. I got stranded several times waiting for this boss to get money into the account so I could fuel! Once, when his cards, yes 2, didn't work ... at the first place, he said something was wrong with the establishment. At the 2nd he said they didn't know how to ring up the card, 3 employees, and he said they didn't know how to do their job! The final straw was when he card didn't work, so they told me I had to use my own personal cards to fuel. My bank almost froze my card, thinking it was stolen. My other card almost did the same thing. That fueling took 2 hours to finally get enough to drive to the yard! And lastly, the pay. You'll get paid for miles, detention, tonu, layover, all that ... if you get paid. Supposed to be every Friday morning direct deposit ... nope! You might get direct deposit, or zelle, or even a wire (which cost me $15 at my bank just to get it). I haven't even gotten my last paycheck! He won't reply to any texts! Some weeks you may not get .. until he's ready to pay you. I think this guy's going broke, or just can't pay his bills .. and you the driver have to suffer for it.

Pros

Everything except the owner and the money

Cons

Owner doesn't pay his bills. Cards getting declined. Not getting paid.
