And Home Again

As a Traveler who spends most of my life
Heading somewhere down the road,
The destination is not the point
It's the journey, or so I'm told.

I, for one, set off fresh
I venture out to explore.
And rarely do I make a point
Of returning to where I've been before.

That's not to say that I don't believe
In having my own 'Home Sweet Home'
Just that I find my pleasure
In discovering treasure
Where ever I may roam.

Goodbyes are tough, but in just a few miles
We'll see we won't be apart forever.
For I'll circle around
No matter where I'm bound,
And again we can be together.
