In Love With A Trucker

And I don’t want to live without you,
God I just don’t know what I would do.
Life with you means everything.
Baby only you can make my heart sing.
And crying because we are miles apart
Doesn’t seem to be helping my heart.
Darling I will try to be strong,
But you always seem gone so long.
Driving down the highway in your big ol’ truck,
Baby, I’m sending you prayers and lots of Irish luck.
On the road you tell me you get so lonely,
And I know that you’re wishing you were home with me.
So when the stars come out, we’ll look at the moon,
And we’ll make our stereos play our tune,
And we will laugh and we will smile,
And that will hold us over for just a little while.
